The transcendental power of kirtan. Chanting the divine names, like "Govinda Jai Jai," turns us inward and connects us to a place deeper than our thoughts. This is the heart of Bhakti Yoga.

What is yoga? In this short talk, I share my humble attempt to explain this profound question. In simple terms, it is the journey to center the mind and unite the body, mind, and spirit.

About Beyond Asana: Breath, Chanting & Philosophy

In these sessions, we leave the pressure of achievement at the door. I structure our time to move naturally from breathwork into silence, using kirtan or philosophy to help you bridge the gap between your mat and your daily life. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find no judgment here, only a space to reconnect with your own rhythm.
