About this collection
These aren't just standard drop-in classes. When you join an immersion, we spend anywhere from 90 minutes to full weekends exploring specific themes like Vinyasa flow or arm balances, often using props like blocks and straps to safely deepen your practice. It is about building a sustainable foundation, whether you are just starting your journey or are an experienced practitioner looking to refine your technique.
My workshops are designed for those seeking a deeper connection to their practice. We move through various layers of yoga, including the physical mechanics of asanas, the subtlety of pranayama, and the ancient wisdom found in Vedanta philosophy.

Every session is structured to provide both physical challenge and mental clarity. We regularly host full-day immersions and weekend workshops, often collaborating with guest teachers like Eddie Stern to bring international expertise directly to our community in Delhi-NCR.
We cover topics such as:
- Alignment & Sequencing: Breaking down complex postures to make them accessible and safe for your unique anatomy.
- Yoga & Science: Exploring how movement affects the nervous system, including lectures on the neuroendocrine system and the mechanics of breath.
