Yoga isn’t about perfect postures for me; it’s about finding the breath, the stillness, and the connection within. This is where I share my practice, from the quiet of my home sessions to our shared sangha gatherings.

This is the stillness I seek and share. A moment of gratitude with the rising sun, connecting to the light outside and the light within. My practice is about finding these quiet spaces, whether on a mountaintop or in the middle of a busy day.

This is an invitation to my 21-day online journey, "breathe into stillness". It is a simple, accessible program I created for anyone looking to build a sustainable habit of pranayama and mindfulness, one conscious breath at a time.
