Breathe into Stillness: 21-Day Guided Program
An online journey to build a sustainable daily practice. We move beyond just asanas to explore pranayama and mindfulness together, helping you find steadiness in the chaos of modern life.
The title card for my signature 21-day pranayama and mindfulness journey. This program is my offering to help you cultivate a daily practice and find a sense of inner calm that you can carry with you.
Here are the simple details of the program. It includes what to expect from the 30-45 minute classes, the weekly schedule, and who can benefit, which is truly everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
This short video explains the 'why' behind the program. In a world that moves so fast, this is an invitation to pause, breathe consciously, and listen to the quiet wisdom within.
A glimpse into our online sangha during opening prayers. We begin each session by setting an intention and honoring the lineage of teachers, creating a sacred space for our practice even when we are physically apart.
My simple home setup for guiding the "Breathe into Stillness" online sessions. All you need is a quiet corner and a willingness to show up for yourself.
A demonstration of the kind of breathwork we explore in the program. This video shows a seated pranayama practice, focusing on posture and hand mudras to help direct the flow of prana, or life force energy.
Coming back to the self with the in-breath and out-breath is the foundation of peace. This is a look at the core practice of mindful breathing that we cultivate together in the 21-day program.
About Breathe into Stillness: 21-Day Online Program
This program isn't about sitting through a lecture. We meet live for 9 sessions over 3 weeks, but the real transformation happens on the gap days. I provide specific instructions for those off-days so you learn how to sit with your own breath, turning a fleeting lesson into a sustainable daily habit that lasts long after the 21 days end.
Why We Focus on 21 Days
We often try to fix our stress with temporary solutions, but building inner stillness requires training the mind just as we train the body. 21 days is the window needed to start forming a genuine habit. My goal is to take you from 'trying to meditate' to actually having a practice you can rely on when things get overwhelming.
What You Will Actually Do
The program is structured to be practical and grounding:
- 9 Live Zoom Sessions: We meet 3 days a week. We start with opening prayers to set an intention, followed by breathwork and meditation. These are interactive, so you can ask questions and we can adjust your technique.
- The Gap Days: On days we don't meet live, I provide guided instructions for your self-practice. This helps you build the discipline to show up for yourself, even without a teacher watching.
- Techniques: We explore Diaphragmatic breathing, Nadi Shodhana, and Kapalabhati. We also incorporate Japa (mantra chanting) and calming visualizations.
- Support: You get access to class recordings if you miss a session and a closed WhatsApp group with our sangha. You are never practicing in isolation.
Is This For You?
If you find your mind jumping from one task to the next, or if you have tried meditation but felt like you were doing it wrong, this program is a safe place to start. You do not need any prior experience. You just need a quiet corner and the willingness to show up.

I used to run the corporate race until I finally needed to heal myself. Now, I share these practices not as an expert on a pedestal, but as a student who found my own anchor in the breath. I want to help you build a practice that actually sticks, rather than just another item on your to-do list.
