Getting to Know Aishwarya: My Yoga Journey
I am a student of yoga first, sharing the practices that helped me find my way back to myself. This is my story and my approach to the mat.
A reintroduction to who I am. I am a student and teacher of yoga, sharing this practice which has transformed my life, my relationships, and my entire existence. I thrive on connection, nature, and devotion.
My path to teaching yoga was not linear. After chasing different ambitions, I realized something was misaligned. Yoga was my purpose waiting to be realized, a journey back to myself that I am now so grateful to share.
A moment of quiet gratitude at sunrise. This image captures the essence of my practice: connecting with nature, honoring the light within, and finding peace in stillness. This is the feeling I hope to share with you.
Standing before the sunrise, a symbol of new beginnings and endless possibility. My journey is about embracing the light and sharing it forward, and I am grateful for every step of the way.
About About Aishwarya
I focus on small, honest groups rather than crowded studio classes. Whether you join my 21-day online program or attend a weekend session in Gurgaon, the goal isn't perfect posture, but finding a sustainable practice that fits your actual life.
I came to this path after years in a corporate role where I felt disconnected from myself. My classes bridge that gap, mixing asanas with breathwork, chanting, and Vedic wisdom to help you find grounding.
I do not believe in quick fixes. My 21-day breathwork and mindfulness programs are designed to help you build habits that last. We use Nadi Shodhana and Kapalabhati to regulate the nervous system, but I explain the logic behind every technique so you understand exactly what you are doing.
If you are in Gurgaon, you can also join my weekend sangha sessions, which are hybrid—open to those in person or joining via Zoom. These sessions include Kirtan, Yoga Nidra, and philosophy discussions. You do not need to be flexible or experienced to start. You just need to show up. My intention is simple: to share the timeless gifts of this wisdom so you can manage your own stress and find stillness.
Aishwarya Sahu
I spent years in the corporate world before realizing I was searching for something else entirely. My classes are a safe space where we use breath, movement, and chanting to quiet the noise, not just exercise.
