"Bhakti Yoga isn’t something you join, it’s just love. You fall in love." This quote by Krishna Das perfectly captures the essence of devotion. It is a state of grace where the heart opens and light flows in.

About Bhakti & Kirtan: The Path of Devotion

Many people worry that they aren't trained singers, but here, your voice is an instrument of devotion, not a performance. Whether we are meeting in person in Gurgaon or connecting via Zoom, the focus is always on the collective energy of the Sangha—the resonance of the chants, the simplicity of the harmonium, and the shared stillness that follows.

Our Kirtan sessions are a space to drop the masks we wear in daily life. We combine traditional vocal chanting with moments of silence, allowing the vibrational resonance to do the work. You do not need any prior experience with Sanskrit or music to join. The mantras are repetitive and easy to follow, and I provide the guidance to help you find your own rhythm within the group.

We follow a hybrid format to ensure everyone can participate. Our weekend Sangha sessions take place in person at DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon, and are also streamed live on Zoom for those joining from home. We typically incorporate Yoga Nidra or breathwork at the end of these sessions to help you integrate the energy. It is a safe, non-judgmental space where you are welcome to simply sit, listen, or join in the chanting as you feel moved. This is about finding the joy that exists beneath the noise of our busy lives.

I’m Aishwarya. After years of running the corporate race, I found my purpose in the traditional wisdom I grew up with. Now, I simply hold the space for us to return to our essence, through the shared joy of chanting and quiet reflection. Hari Om.
