This is the first collection of visuals a user sees. It is curated to capture the essence of my practice, build an immediate connection, and showcase the transformative potential of my programs.
Breathe into Stillness: 21-Day Online Program
This is my foundational online program designed to help you build a sustainable self-practice of pranayama and mindfulness. Over 21 days, we meet live three times a week for simple, guided breathwork and meditation sessions, with recordings available if you miss one. The goal is to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
My Personal Practice & Philosophy
My practice is my anchor; it's how I return to myself. This is a look into my personal journey with yoga, from moments of simple movement and breath to finding stillness amidst the chaos. I believe yoga is not just about the postures, but about applying its wisdom to navigate modern life with more awareness and grace.
Retreats: Journeys to the Self
I host immersive retreats in serene locations like Rishikesh, designed for deep rest, realignment, and spiritual exploration. These journeys combine daily asana and pranayama with unique practices like meditative walks, fire rituals, and silent reflection. It's an opportunity to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with nature, community, and your inner self.
The Power of Sangha: Community & Workshops
'Sangha', or spiritual community, is vital to the practice. I offer in-person group classes and workshops where we can learn and grow together. These sessions range from Hatha yoga fundamentals to special topics, always focusing on creating a supportive space for shared experience and connection.
Bhakti & Kirtan: The Path of Devotion
Bhakti Yoga is the path of love and devotion, and Kirtan (chanting) is one of its most powerful practices. We use the repetition of mantras, or divine names, to quiet the mind and open the heart. These sessions are not about performance but about collective experience, allowing the vibrational resonance to bring us into a meditative and joyful state.
About Aishwarya
My journey into yoga began as a way to heal myself, and it has since become my life's purpose. Grounded in the traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedanta from my upbringing, I aim to share this timeless wisdom in a way that feels authentic and applicable to our modern lives. I am a student first, and it is from that place of continuous learning that I teach.
