I host retreats in serene locations like Rishikesh to create a sanctuary for deep healing and self-exploration. These experiences combine daily asana, pranayama, yogic kriyas, and community rituals to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find oneness with nature.

The Path of Devotion: Bhakti, Kirtan & Sangha

Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of love, and it is a core part of my offering. Through kirtan (chanting), mantra, and satsang (spiritual gathering), we create a space for the heart to open and connect to the divine, experiencing the transcendental power of devotion as a community.

Workshops & Special Events

I love collaborating with other teachers and organizations to offer immersive workshops and participate in special events. These sessions dive deep into specific topics like the art of sequencing, yoga philosophy, or traditional practices, fostering a passionate community of learners.
