Energizing Group Yoga Sessions in Noida & Online
Yoga is better when we move together. Join my small, focused group sessions—online or in-person in Noida—where I combine traditional practice with sports-therapy principles to keep your alignment safe and your energy high.

About Group Yoga Sessions
In a group setting, it is easy to get lost in the crowd. That is why I keep my batches small. Whether you are holding a forward fold or moving into a deeper Chakrasana, I am there to watch your alignment. I use my background as a sports therapist to provide verbal and manual corrections, ensuring you are building strength and flexibility without risking injury.
Why Join My Group Sessions?
Yoga is a journey we take individually, but the energy of a group can be a powerful catalyst. When you practice with others, there is a collective focus that helps you stay committed. My group classes—both in Noida and online—are designed for people of all levels, from those who have never touched their toes to those ready for advanced inversions.
The Sports-Therapy Approach
I do not believe in just demonstrating a pose and letting you figure it out. My training as a physiotherapist means I look at your body, not just the shape you are trying to make. I focus on:
- Injury-Safe Alignment: I prioritize the health of your joints and muscles. If a pose is hurting your back, we adjust it until it helps your back.
- Clear Instructions: I switch between English and simple Hindi cues. You will hear me say things like 'pair seedha karo' (straighten your leg) because clarity prevents mistakes.
- Progressive Difficulty: We start with the basics to ensure your foundation is solid before moving to advanced flows or arm balances.
What We Work On
These sessions are a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. We cover:
- Full-body mobility: Shoulder opening, hip release, and hamstring flexibility.
- Strength building: Core work to support your spine and posture.
- Mental wellness: Breathing techniques (Pranayama) to calm the mind after the physical exertion.
If you have a specific goal, like recovery from a minor injury or weight management, I factor that into our group flow. You get the community atmosphere with the technical oversight you need to practice safely.
Aviraj
I am Aviraj. I bridge the gap between ancient yoga practice and modern sports science. Having worked with professional athletes, I bring that same precision to these group sessions, so you can practice with confidence.
