About this collection

You won't find generic gym-style stretching here. We use specific Iyengar-style props—wooden bricks, chairs, and cotton belts—to safely manage common issues like knee discomfort or lower back stiffness. It is about creating structural stability so you can practice without fear of injury.

Aging often comes with a stiffness that makes us feel like we should stop moving. We believe in the opposite. Our approach to senior wellness in HSR Layout is about maintaining the body's integrity through mindful movement, not pushing for performance.

What to Expect in Class

We start by settling in—sometimes a mantra, sometimes just quiet breathing. From there, we move into gentle Asanas like Warrior II (Virabhadrasana) to build leg strength or Malasana to open the hips, always supported by props where necessary. We end every session with Shavasana, ensuring your nervous system gets the restoration it needs. This is about building a foundation for a healthier, more mobile retirement, not winning a competition.
