About Spiritual Programs & Retreats
Not Just Yoga, It’s a Conversation
At Aikia Yogashala, I see yoga as a way to talk to the divine, not just stretch or pose. My spiritual programs blend ancient Indian wisdom with real, everyday life, making it easier to find clarity and peace in this chaos.
This Path Needs Patience
Let’s be real - this is not a shortcut or a social media trend. Thoda discipline chahiye (You need some discipline). If you’re just here for ‘Yoga Day ke liye photo’ (a Yoga Day photo), toh yeh jagah nahi hai (this isn’t your place). But don’t get too stiff about it either - balance is the key.
What I Offer
- Bhagavad Gita study group: We break down each chapter, chant shlokas, and talk about how to actually use this wisdom in daily drama. Anyone can join in-person or online.
- Mindful spiritual retreats (Yatra): Simple living, simple khana (food), holy places, group bhajans (devotional music), mantra chanting, and stories. It’s about real connection, not luxury.
- Japa meditation sessions: Mantra chanting (‘soul ki awaaz’ - voice of the soul) and silent meditation – from candle-gazing to self-healing.
- Festival nights: We celebrate Mahashivratri, Janmashtami, and more with group kirtans, chanting, and deep talks.
Surrender First
The only way to start is by letting go. Surrender to the journey, not your phone. Do it with love. Jai Jagannath.

My Story
Namaste, we are Aikia Yogashala. Our journey started with Namita leaving her IT life for something deeper - dharma, family, and connection. Every year, we pack our bags for a simple yatra to Puri, no fancy hotels, just sattvic food and stories. Our anchor is Lord Jagannath. Students join us, some new, some old, all seeking. We chant, we share, we grow. This is not just a studio - it’s our family. Jai Jagannath!
My Work

Beyond Asanas - Pranayama, meditation, Japa, and Bhagavad Gita classes - it’s a full lifestyle shift.
Open Community - Yoga is for every body, every faith. No conversion, just connection and holistic yoga community.
Spiritual Yatras - We travel together for spiritual yatra yoga, sharing simple living and rich experiences.
