Yoga is more than just stretching. Join our small, focused batches to master traditional pranayama, breathwork, and deep meditation techniques at our HSR Layout studio.

Asana of the Day: Seethkari Pranayama. This cooling breath technique is a beautiful reminder that yoga is also about the power of breath to calm the mind and balance our inner fire.

Pranayama of the Day: Ujjayi Pranayama. Known as the "Victorious Breath," Ujjayi calms the nervous system and brings awareness inward, bridging the gap between body and mind.

Pranayama of the Day: Seethali Pranayama. This is your natural air-conditioner. We teach this cooling breath to help you find calm and balance from within.

Pranayama of the Day: Surya Nadi. This practice ignites the inner fire, energizing the body and sharpening the mind by aligning you with the rhythm of the sun.

Pranayama of the Day: Anulom Vilom. This balancing breath purifies the energy channels (nadis), brings harmony to the mind, and aligns us with the rhythm of nature.

Pranayama of the Day: Bhramari. The humming bee breath is a simple yet powerful practice we teach to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and bring clarity amidst chaos.

Pranayama of the Day: Chandra Bhedana. We guide you through this moon-activating breath to cool the mind, balance the body, and calm the nervous system.

Pranayama of the Day: Surya Bedana. This practice activates your inner energy and sharpens focus. We teach it to help you awaken your inner fire, one breath at a time.

This morning, we embraced the ancient cleansing practice of Jal Neti Kriya. This video shows our students learning this powerful yogic detox to clear nasal passages and revitalize the mind.

Tratak Kriya, or meditation through the eyes. A student gazes at a candle flame, a powerful practice we teach to cleanse the mind and sharpen concentration.

About Beyond Asanas: Deeper Yogic Practices

In these sessions, we do not just sit and close our eyes. We practice specific techniques like Trataka (candle gazing) to sharpen your concentration or Jal Neti to clear your breathing. These are hands-on practices where we guide you through the exact steps to calm your mind and handle the stress of your daily life.
