Group classes are fun, but getting lost in the crowd isn't. We balance the energy of a community with the focus of a one-on-one assessment. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just leveling up your strength, you get coaching that actually sees you.

We understand that one-on-one personal training isn't for everyone, and neither are large, impersonal classes. We created a middle path: the energy of a group with the personalized attention you need to stay safe and make real progress. We start with a one-on-one assessment to build a plan just for you.

On Tuesdays, we mobilize. Our weekly schedule is structured to give you a balanced training program. We don't just lift; we work on flexibility and recovery to ensure your body feels good and performs well.

About this collection

Every member starts with a dedicated one-on-one movement assessment, not a generic sign-up. We map your specific imbalances, like restricted hip mobility or anterior pelvic tilt, before you ever join a class. This means when you jump into our group sessions, you are not just following a random workout; you are performing movements tailored to your body's current capabilities.

Most gyms give you a membership and hope you figure it out. We do the opposite. We created the AoS Method because we saw too many people getting lost in large, impersonal classes or struggling to stay motivated with solo personal training. We believe you need the middle path: the accountability and energy of a group, paired with the precision of a coach who knows exactly why your knee hurts or why your shoulder feels stiff.

When you train with us in Indiranagar or Whitefield, you aren't just another body on the floor. Our coach-to-member ratio is kept low intentionally. We actively patrol the floor, correcting posture in real-time and adjusting your load whether you are doing Animal Flow, lifting weights, or working on mobility drills. If you are struggling with a movement, we provide a regression immediately—so you never have to guess your form or push through unnecessary pain.

We focus on structural balance, using unilateral loading to fix left-right imbalances that standard machines often ignore. We are not interested in vanity metrics or empty mirror-gazing. We are interested in proprioception, joint health, and building a body that performs in real life. If you have been told to 'just rest' for your nagging pain, come talk to us. We will show you how to move around it safely and get stronger in the process.
