About this collection
Step into our Whitefield or Indiranagar studios and you won't see rows of shiny machines or floor-to-ceiling mirrors. We keep the space raw and industrial because we want you focused on your proprioception—your body's awareness of itself in space—rather than just how you look in a reflection. Every rig, climbing wall, and turf strip here is chosen to help you build functional strength that lasts, not just for a quick pump.
We often hear people say they feel intimidated walking into a traditional commercial gym. That is exactly why we stripped everything back. Whether you are at our Indiranagar facility or the Whitefield studio, the goal is simple: create a second home where you actually want to show up.
Our functional zone is the heart of the gym. You won't find generic elliptical machines collecting dust. Instead, you get access to gymnastics rings for stability work, climbing walls for grip strength, and plenty of open turf for animal flow and movement patterns that mimic real-life demands.
We prioritize a low coach-to-member ratio. This means you are not left to guess what to do. Our coaches are on the floor actively correcting posture and form—like fixing those protracted shoulders during a deadlift—ensuring you stay injury-free.
It is about building a body that is ready for life outside the gym. That means training for strength, balance, and coordination, not just muscle size. If you are tired of the same old bicep curl routine and want a space where you can learn to move better, trust your body, and join a community that celebrates consistency over quick fixes, you have found the right spot.
Academy of Strength
We are not a gym where you come to hide behind headphones and walk on a treadmill. We are a collective that prioritizes your progress over everything else. We built these spaces to be exactly what we needed when we started—a judgment-free zone where you learn to trust your body again.
