Personal & Group Fitness Coaching That Actually Works
Whether you thrive on the energy of a group or need the laser focus of 1-on-1 training, I have a coaching option for you. No shortcuts, just sustainable fitness built on consistency.
They say don't get too friendly with your clients, but for me, building a strong, fun relationship is part of the process. We work hard, but we also have a good time.
A look at the intensity and dedication in my group training sessions. My clients pushing sleds and working with battle ropes, showing what real effort looks like.
Coaching happens both in-person and online. This video shows me connecting with my group class remotely, proving that you can get a great workout and be part of a community from anywhere.
A reminder that building strength and a healthier body is a journey, not a sprint. Patience and commitment are key, and I'm here to guide you through the process.
You can't out-exercise a poor diet. As your coach, I provide the workout plan, but you have to fix your eating habits to see real, lasting results.
A gym membership or a personal coach can only provide guidance. Ultimately, you have to be the one to put in the work. Discipline is your responsibility.
Your progress is in your hands. Results require your active participation and dedication. It's time to own your fitness journey.
About this collection
Stop looking for the magic pill. The best program is not the one that promises the fastest results, but the one you will actually stick to. Whether we are pushing through a group strength session or fixing your form 1-on-1, my focus is on teaching you how to move well, load correctly, and build habits that last long after you leave the gym.
Many people ask me if they should join a group class or go for 1-on-1 coaching. The answer depends on your current reality, not on which one makes me more money.
Why Group Fitness?
If you thrive on energy and consistency, my group functional training is the way to go. We use the gym as a community—not just a space to count reps. You will be surrounded by people pushing sleds, hitting battle ropes, and challenging themselves. It keeps you accountable and makes the hard work actually enjoyable.
Why 1-on-1 Personal Training?
This is for those who need a microscope on their movement. If you are recovering from an injury, have specific aesthetic goals like wedding prep, or get overwhelmed in a crowded room, this is your route. We go deep into form correction, manage your lifestyle, and make sure every movement is tailored to your specific biomechanics.
The 6262 Standard
Regardless of the format, my philosophy remains the same:
- No Fads: We do not use machines with TV screens. We use performance gear like SkiErgs, sleds, and free weights.
- Sustainable Nutrition: No 'boiled chicken' diets. We follow the 80/20 rule. You live your life, you eat well, and you train hard.
- Progressive Overload: If you are not lifting more or moving better than you were last month, we are not doing our job.
Whether you are based in our Bandra or Prabhadevi studios in Mumbai, or training with us in Bengaluru, the standard of coaching is identical. You bring the discipline, I bring the plan.
Amit Dahiya
I am Amit. I started coaching on a footpath in Worli back in 2014, and today I run 6262 Fitness in Mumbai and Bengaluru because I do not believe in fitness trends—I believe in hard work. My job is not to hold your hand through a light workout, it is to teach you how to lift, eat, and move so you don't need me forever.
