This is what our group fitness sessions look like: energetic, varied, and result-oriented. We offer everything from functional fitness and strength training to dance and yoga, ensuring there is a program for everyone under one roof.

A look inside our Swing Fit session, a full-body workout using kettlebells to build endurance, power, and coordination. Our group classes are designed to test your limits in a motivating environment.

Suspension training is a core part of our functional fitness programming. Here, our clients use their own bodyweight to build total-body strength, balance, and core stability under the guidance of our trainers.

We teach you how to move through full planes of motion, ensuring your strength is usable in the real world, not just on a gym floor.
