Small Group and Partner Pilates Sessions
Train with a partner or join our small group classes to stay motivated. We keep batches limited to five people, so you get the attention you need to master your form.
A mother and daughter enjoy a synchronized mat Pilates session using the magic circle. This wide shot captures the harmony and shared focus in our beautiful studio space.
This video highlights the variety within a single group class, moving from mat work with props to dynamic exercises on the reformer. It shows how I structure sessions to be engaging and comprehensive.
A closer look at a partner workout. This mother-daughter duo uses Pilates rings to deepen their core connection and add resistance during a tabletop hold, enhancing their mat workout.
The duo transitions to the reformers for synchronized footwork. Partner sessions are a wonderful way to stay motivated and share a positive fitness experience.
Here, they perform leg presses with straps, a reformer exercise that challenges coordination and builds long, lean leg muscles. Working in tandem adds an element of fun and connection.
The symmetry of movement during a partner mat class is beautiful to see. It demonstrates a shared commitment to physical and mental well-being.
Side-by-side on the reformers, this pair works on fundamental movements, showing that Pilates can be adapted for partners of different experience levels to enjoy together.
The concentration and precise form shown here are what we strive for in every session. The Pilates ring helps maintain inner thigh engagement and core stability.
This image captures a moment of focused effort during a reformer partner session, highlighting the strength and control developed through Pilates.
About Group & Partner Sessions
Unlike crowded fitness studios, we cap our reformer group classes at five participants. This small size allows our trainers to provide tactile, real-time corrections during your flow. Whether you are using the magic circle for mat work or adjusting spring tension on the MVe Reformer, you get the technical guidance necessary to prevent injury and see actual results in your posture and core strength.
Why small group Pilates works
Group training often gets a bad reputation for lacking personalization, but that changes when you keep the numbers low. In our studio, we deliberately limit batches to five people. This setup ensures that your trainer is not just counting reps; they are observing your alignment, adjusting your spring tension, and ensuring you are not compensating with the wrong muscle groups.
Partner sessions: Motivation in sync
Working out with a partner—whether a friend, spouse, or family member—changes the energy. We see mother-daughter duos and partners who use these sessions to stay accountable. You are not just doing leg presses or core work in isolation; you are synchronized in movement. It turns a rigorous workout into a shared experience, making it easier to show up consistently on days when motivation dips.
Our approach to equipment
Every session integrates the Peak Pilates MVe Reformer with auxiliary tools like rings and stability balls. If you are starting, we focus on the foundations of reformer movement. If you are more experienced, we guide you through advanced flows that challenge your stability and control.
Located in Kothanur
We are based near Byg Brewski on the Hennur-Bagalur Road. We have designed the space to be a calm, Zen-like environment with acoustic treatment and wood flooring, far removed from the loud, high-energy atmosphere of typical gyms. If you are looking for a studio that values the mental health benefits of exercise as much as the physical ones, this is the place to start.
