About Guided Gym Sessions
Most gym-goers hit a plateau not because they aren't working hard, but because their form is slightly off. When we train together, I’m not there to just count your reps. I focus on your range of motion, your elbow placement during curls, and your core engagement during compound lifts. It is about making that hour in the gym productive, ensuring you stop guessing and start building muscle safely.
You don't need fancy equipment to see real progress. The magic happens with the basics: squats, presses, and rows done with absolute intent. In our guided sessions, we start with mobility and warm-ups because I don't want you injured—I want you consistent.
How I Help You Train
- Form Correction: I watch your sets, give you live cues, and tweak your posture so you actually hit the target muscle instead of compensating.
- Programming: Whether your goal is fat loss or building serious strength, we stick to a plan that fits your gym's environment. If a machine is busy, we shift to a free-weight alternative immediately.
- Tracking: We don't just 'feel' like we're working out. We track your progress, weight, and recovery.
