About this collection

You won't find yourself lost in a sea of people here. In our group classes, we maintain a strict 1:15 to 1:20 coach-to-member ratio. This means when you are deadlifting or setting up for a squat, a coach is actually there to correct your form, not just watch from the sidelines.

How We Train

At LIFTR, the method is simple: we prioritize technique, structure, and consistency. Whether you are in our HSR Layout, JP Nagar, Whitefield, or Hennur facility, you will notice a common theme—everyone is moving with intent.

Why This Works

  • Progressive Overload: We don't just aim to sweat. Our cycle-based programming ensures you are getting a little bit better, stronger, or faster every session. We track the lifts so you can see the numbers move up over time.
  • No Guesswork: Every class is coach-led. You show up, check the whiteboard, and get to work. If you are unsure about a movement or if the weight feels too heavy, your coach is there to scale the exercise for you.
  • The Accountability Factor: We know that showing up is the hardest part. Our accountability coaches check in on your habits outside the gym, because building strength requires more than just 60 minutes of training.

Scalable for Every Level

Our programming works whether you have never touched a barbell or you have been training for years. We scale movements—for example, swapping a weighted pull-up for a banded one—so you are always working at the right intensity for your level. We are building a community where you get pushed, not crushed, and where your fitness becomes a part of your daily rhythm, not a chore.
