Ancient, classical practices designed by Sadhguru to manage your energy and find stillness. No gimmicks, just a systematic approach to well-being.

Sadhguru explains how our bodies are made of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and akash. The system of Bhuta Shuddhi, which I teach, is a way to cleanse these elements within you. When you gain some mastery over the five elements, the whole life process can come into your control.

What is sadhana? As Sadhguru says, it is not just one specific activity. It is about using every aspect of your life, from the way you eat and breathe to how you conduct your body and mind, as a tool for your own wellbeing.

This is a powerful reminder from Sadhguru about keeping the fire of sadhana alive. I went through my own "mumbo jumbo" phase, but Inner Engineering brought me back to reality. All I know now is to keep the practices on, even without big experiences or a full understanding of how it all works.

Sadhguru makes a simple but profound distinction between prayer and meditation. Prayer is telling the creator what to do. Meditation is understanding your own limitations and learning to just be silent. When you can truly shut up on all levels, everything that needs to happen will happen.

What does it mean to be free? Sadhguru talks about the importance of experiencing life as a presence, not just a personality. The practice of simply sitting, even for a few minutes a day, can help you connect with this fundamental presence.

This is how I started my journey online as Tattvahathayoga. The simple act of holding namaskar with loving attention, as Sadhguru says, is a way to begin to harmonize with everything around you. It is the foundation of this yogic culture.

About The Isha Hatha Yoga System: The 'Inner Tech'

Most people worry about flexibility before starting, but my workshops are built to break those barriers. Whether it's the 21-step Surya Kriya or the intensity of Angamardana, we focus on the process, not the final pose. I keep batches small so I can personally guide your alignment, ensuring you get the practice right, regardless of your starting level.
