The true test of my training is not in medals, but in the voices of my students. See how they have built real-world safety skills and gained the confidence to stand tall, no matter the situation.

Sarita, a student from a school workshop, speaks about her journey. She explains how she went from feeling weak to feeling strong and confident, and details the practical "Alert, Attack, Run" strategy she learned.

Prachi, another trainee, talks about the importance of being alert in daily life. She shares how she learned to use everyday items as self-defense tools and how the training has boosted her confidence.

Young student Lavanya gives a powerful message for kids and adults. She explains that learning self-defense is an investment in your own health and safety.

This young champion explains exactly why she learns karate: to defend herself if anyone touches her inappropriately. Her clarity and confidence are an inspiration.

This video shows one of my junior girl students competing in the Delhi State Taekwondo Championship. Her focus and technique led her to a win, a testament to her hard work and training.

About this collection

When my students step into the academy, they aren't just learning to punch or kick. They are learning to navigate the 'Alert, Action, Run' framework we use in schools and workshops across Delhi. Listen to them talk about moving past their inner doubts and using everyday objects like keys or pens to stay safe. This is where the real transformation happens, long before they ever face a physical opponent.

Building the Right Mindset

Most people think self-defense is about violence, but I teach the opposite. It is about spotting trouble before it starts. My students, like Sarita and Prachi, learn the 'Alert, Action, Run' method. It helps them stay present and aware, whether they are in a classroom, at a bus stop, or walking home alone.

Practical Skills for Daily Life

We do not just focus on the mat at my Saket academy. We teach how to use what you have. If you are carrying a book, a bag, or even just your phone, that is your defense tool. My training programs, often conducted in collaboration with institutions like the Delhi Police, focus on these real-world scenarios. We strip away the fancy, cinematic moves and stick to what actually works under pressure.

What Real Victory Looks Like

I tell every student the same thing: 'Asli jeet' is the one you win over your own fear. When you hear these young warriors speak, notice their calm. They are not looking for a fight. They are prepared to protect their peace. Whether it is kids learning the basics of safety or young women preparing for college life, the goal is always the same: building a shield of confidence that no one can break. If you are ready to stop doubting yourself and start training, let's talk.
