About Community Workshops & Demonstrations

I don't teach fancy moves for show. Whether I am at a school, a corporate office, or a community club like the Inner Wheel, the goal is always situational awareness. I focus on the 'Alert-Attack-Run' methodology—simple, actionable steps that anyone can use to stay safe in a real threat, rather than rehearsed choreography that fails when stress hits.
