Practical, realistic safety training for schools, corporate teams, and community clubs across Delhi NCR.

With IPS Officer Jitender Mani. Collaborating with law enforcement helps me ensure my training is relevant and effective for real-world safety.

My team and I with the S.H.O of Neb Sarai Police Station. The support from local police is invaluable in our mission to create safer communities.

I am speaking to the members of the Inner Wheel Club of Delhi Sainik Farms. Here, I am explaining the philosophy behind self-defense and introducing my students.

One of my students addresses the audience at the Inner Wheel Club meeting. Giving them a platform to speak builds their public speaking skills and confidence.

About this collection

I don't teach fancy moves for show. Whether I am at a school, a corporate office, or a community club like the Inner Wheel, the goal is always situational awareness. I focus on the 'Alert-Attack-Run' methodology—simple, actionable steps that anyone can use to stay safe in a real threat, rather than rehearsed choreography that fails when stress hits.

Training for Real Life

When I walk into a school, college, or office, I am not there to make students martial arts champions. I am there to teach them how to identify trouble before it starts. My workshops are built on the reality that most threats happen in familiar spaces—the metro, the office lobby, or on the way home.

What We Cover

  • Situational Awareness: Learning to spot potential risks before they escalate.
  • Practical Strikes: How to use your palms, elbows, and body weight to create space against someone much larger.
  • Escape Drills: Specific techniques for common threats like grabs, hair pulls, and chokes.
  • Improvised Weaponry: How to turn everyday objects like car keys, pens, or handbags into defensive tools.
  • Mental Conditioning: We work on managing the 'adrenaline dump' that happens during a confrontation. If you can control your breathing, you can control your response.

Who I Train

I have partnered with the Delhi Police and various NCC units because they understand the need for training that actually works. Whether it is a 90-minute corporate seminar or a full-day institutional camp, my sessions are hands-on. We move beyond theory. We do drills where participants actually test their reflexes using shields and focus pads.

If you have a group of 20 or 50, I can bring the training to your premises. My job is to ensure that when your group walks out of the session, they carry a bit more confidence and a lot more safety knowledge than they had when they walked in.

I believe self-defense is a survival skill, not a sport. Whether I am training a group at an office or speaking at a school, I want you to walk away feeling ready, not just entertained. My workshops are about removing the doubt from your mind so you can act with confidence.
