Discipline and teamwork are the foundations of survival. I train NCC cadets and organized groups not just in physical moves, but in the mental strength to stay calm when it matters most.

About this collection

When I conduct group sessions, the first thing I teach is the Alert-Attack-Run method. Most people freeze when they sense trouble, but this drill forces you to identify the threat early and create distance immediately. It is not about looking tough; it is about having the practical, repeatable skills to survive a real-world situation.

My approach to group and NCC training is rooted in the philosophy that real safety begins in the mind. Whether we are practicing rescue operations, formation drills, or situational awareness, the goal is always the same: to build 'khud pe vishwas' (self-belief).

Why Group Training Matters

Martial arts is often seen as a solo pursuit, but in high-pressure situations, you need the support and coordination of your team. In my NCC camps, we focus on:

  • Situational Awareness: Identifying a threat before it escalates.
  • Team Dynamics: Learning how to protect each other during emergency rescue scenarios.
  • Practical Defense: Moving beyond textbook drills to use everyday items and body positioning for self-protection.

The Training Process

We don't waste time on fancy kicks that look good on camera but fail in the street. We focus on release techniques for grabs, chokes, and common holds. My sessions for schools, colleges, and NCC units are designed to be intensive and hands-on, ensuring that every participant leaves with the confidence to act, not just watch. We have successfully conducted camps that include rescue operation demonstrations and pyramid formations to build trust and physical coordination among cadets. If you are looking for a workshop that pushes participants to break through their mental barriers and learn real, usable safety skills, let's connect.
