Yoga is not just a workout; it is a way to find rhythm and strength. Whether you are looking for athletic conditioning or mindful play for your kids, I tailor every session to fit your life in Bengaluru.

This is Kakasana, or Crow Pose, a powerful arm balance that builds incredible strength in your arms, wrists, and core. Mastering this asana improves focus and body control, which is a huge asset for any athlete looking to gain a competitive edge.

Making yoga fun is the best way to get kids moving. Here, my son and I are turning our living room into a yoga playground, flowing through poses like Downward Dog and Upward Dog. It’s all about creating positive experiences with movement.

Leading a session with the talented young players at a badminton academy. My yoga for sports performance programs are tailored to help athletes improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and develop the mental calm needed to handle pressure during competition.

Here I am demonstrating Sirsasana, the headstand, which is fantastic for improving blood circulation to the brain and enhancing focus. It’s a challenging inversion that also strengthens the shoulders and arms, a core part of my strength-building yoga sequences.

Yoga is better together. This video shows a few partner yoga poses like Boat Pose and Tree Pose that I teach to build connection, trust, and stability. It’s a fun way to practice with a friend or partner.

Natarajasana, or Dancer Pose, is a beautiful standing balance that improves stability and opens up the shoulders and chest. Notice the use of the chin mudra to help center the mind, a technique I use to blend physical and mental practice.

The foundation of yoga is the breath. Here, I am practicing Pranayama, a set of breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system, increase lung capacity, and bring a sense of peace. This is a vital part of every session I teach.

I do not teach one-size-fits-all routines because your body has its own language. Whether we are drilling Crow Pose for core strength or using storytelling to help your kids improve their motor skills, we are training your nervous system to handle pressure. If you are an athlete, this means injury prevention that actually makes sense, and if you are a busy professional, it is about finding that mental shift to balance your day.
