Yoga at The Yoga House is about finding 'Samatvam'—an evenness of mind—even when the city outside feels wild. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. Instead, we offer a variety of styles tailored to different needs:

We provide everything you need on-site, including premium cork mats, bolsters, and props, so you can just walk in. Our studio in Bandra West is designed to be your home away from home. After class, you're welcome to stay, grab a coffee or a meal at our cafe, and connect with fellow practitioners. We see yoga as a community, not just a series of poses. Whether you are coming to heal, to sweat, or just to be still, there is a space here for you.
