Kids' Fitness Classes: Building Strength and Agility
We help children learn to move with confidence through fun, age-appropriate exercise that builds a strong, healthy foundation for the future.
We start every class with dynamic warm-ups to get the body moving. This helps kids learn coordination and prepares them for the day's activities in a fun, group setting.
As kids grow, we introduce them to more advanced techniques. This young athlete is performing a back squat, a core strength-building exercise, with perfect form under our supervision.
About Featured
We keep our batches capped at 15 kids so every child gets hands-on attention. Whether it is mastering basic coordination through animal crawls or learning mechanics with PVC pipes, our focus is on building functional body awareness and real confidence in a fun, pressure-free environment.
Why Movement Matters
Our classes focus on movement literacy. We ditch the drill-sergeant approach and replace it with games and progressions that teach your child how to control their body. It is not about building muscle mass, but about making sure they have the agility and strength to handle whatever comes their way outside the gym.
The Routine
Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We start every session with dynamic warm-ups, like animal crawls, to get their joints moving and build coordination.
How We Progress
For younger kids, we use PVC pipes to teach squats and presses safely. It is all about learning the movement pattern without the pressure of weight. As they grow and gain control, our older athletes move to light, technique-focused barbells.
We maintain a strict 1:15 coach-to-student ratio. This allows us to watch their form, give corrections, and ensure they feel capable rather than overwhelmed. Our space has an industrial warehouse vibe with no mirrors, which keeps the focus on how the movement feels rather than how they look.
