We help teens move past basic bodyweight drills into structured strength training. It is about building real power, perfect technique, and the confidence that comes from mastering a barbell safely.

Here, one of our young athletes is performing a 1 and 1/4 back squat, a technical lift designed to build strength in the bottom position. This is part of a structured program where we teach proper lifting mechanics and progress safely, ensuring our athletes build a solid foundation for future performance.
