Fun & Foundational Fitness for Kids
We help children build confidence and agility through age-appropriate movement, not boring drills. Our foundation-focused sessions are designed to make fitness a part of their routine, not a chore.
This video shows a typical session in our kids' batch, which runs every Tuesday and Thursday. You can see the kids working on dynamic warm-ups, guided stretches, and basic coordination drills, all under the watchful eye of our coaches to ensure proper form and safety.
About Fun & Foundational Fitness for Kids
We keep these sessions strictly limited to 15 kids per batch. This allows our coaches to maintain a 1:15 ratio, meaning your child gets real-time form correction rather than just following along from the back of the room. It’s about building foundational movement patterns safely, not just keeping them busy for an hour.
Most people assume fitness for kids is about cardio or just burning off energy, but we focus on long-term movement literacy. We start with the basics, using PVC pipe mechanics to teach squat and press techniques without any external load. This prevents injury and builds the coordination they need for sports or daily life.
We avoid mirrors in our gym to keep the focus on how the body moves, not how it looks. The curriculum includes animal crawls, jumping jacks, and obstacle courses that feel like play but are actually building mobility and stamina. By the time they graduate from these sessions, they are usually much more resilient and confident in how they move.
Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at our facility in Punjabi Bagh. Whether your child is a natural athlete or hesitant about gym environments, our coaches ensure they feel supported. We aren't here to make little bodybuilders. We are here to help them develop a healthy relationship with their bodies that lasts into adulthood.
