Our yoga sessions include a variety of poses to improve flexibility and strength. Here, students practice the Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose) and a forward bend, learning proper breathing and form from our experienced yoga coach.

About Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids
Our yoga isn't about sitting still in total silence. We keep it active, using storytelling and fun movement games to help kids build focus, flexibility, and body awareness without it ever feeling like a boring class.
Let’s be real—kids have a ton of energy, and getting them to slow down can be a task. That’s where our kids' yoga and mindfulness sessions come in. We don’t ask them to hold poses for ages or meditate in silence. Instead, we use animal poses, fun transitions, and rhythm-based games to get them moving and breathing.
Our lead yoga coach, Ravi Pandey, specializes in making these sessions feel like play. It’s all about teaching children to be comfortable in their own skin, improving their posture, and helping them find a bit of calm amidst their school and activity schedules. Whether it’s improving their flexibility for dance or simply helping them center themselves before the day gets hectic, we keep the energy high and the learning engaging.
Located in our Ashok Vihar studio, our environment is safe, air-conditioned, and designed for movement. We focus on three core pillars:
- Body awareness: Understanding how to use their muscles effectively through safe stretches.
- Focus and balance: Building the patience and concentration that helps them in school too.
