About The Academy Team
You'll be training in a group setting at our Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya facility, where we focus on competitive discipline rather than just recreational fitness. We run dual-shift sessions from Monday to Saturday, allowing you to train alongside state-level athletes who are already competing in district and Delhi championships.
We don't do 'gym classes' here. Our team training is designed for boxers who want to enter the ring, not just sweat. When you join our group, you are stepping into a structure that prioritizes real-world combat skills over short-lived results.
What happens in a session
- Basics are non-negotiable: You will drill stance, footwork, and movement until they are automatic.
- Controlled Sparring: We use regulated sparring to teach you how to manage distance and pressure under the guidance of our coaches.
- Functional Fitness: Expect tire flips, battle ropes, and stair runs that build the explosive strength needed for three-round bouts.
We maintain an environment where everyone is accountable. If you are part of this team, you train for the next tournament. Our coaches keep a close eye on form during pad work and ensure every student gets the feedback they need to improve.
