Pricing Guide
Standard Training Batch (3-4 Days/Week)
Schedule & Duration
- Frequency: 3 to 4 sessions per week (alternate days).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session.
- Group Size: 15 to 25 students (mixed belts).
Core Curriculum
- Conditioning: Agility ladder drills, sprints, and bodyweight exercises.
- Technique: Fundamental competition kicks including Roundhouse, Axe, and Cut kicks.
- Drills: Target practice using handheld kicking paddles and focus mitts.
- Sparring: Light contact touch sparring without full gear.
Facility Specs
- Flooring: Standard EVA puzzle mats for impact absorption.
- Cooling: Fan-ventilated indoor hall (Non-AC).
Elite Competitive Batch (6 Days/Week)
Schedule & Intensity
- Frequency: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session.
- Focus: High-performance training for medal targeting.
Advanced Combat
- Sparring: Full contact sessions utilizing chest guards (Hogu) and headgear.
- Technique: Advanced spinning hook kicks, Tornado kicks, and clinching strategies.
- Scoring: Simulations using manual clicker or electronic scoring rules.
Conditioning & Prep
- Power: HIIT drills and resistance band kicking.
- Flexibility: Assisted PNF stretching for head-height kicking range.
- Selection: Priority for District, State, and SGFI trials.
One-Time Registration & Uniform Kit
Uniform Kit (Dobok)
- Components: White V-neck jacket, elastic waist trousers, and White Belt.
- Fabric: Lightweight Poly-Cotton blend suitable for heat.
- Branding: Academy patch and embroidery included.
Administrative
- Enrollment: Lifetime registration in academy database.
- Documentation: Issuance of student identity card.

At Oscar Taekwondo Academy, I keep things straight - this is about creating champions. Mera target ekdum clear hai - we chase gold for India, not just hobby medals. If you want a podium finish, you need to train like it’s your mission.
Building Medalists, Not Just Players
Champions don’t just appear - banaana padta hai (gotta make them). Here, it’s all about patience and relentless mehnat (hard work). I start from scratch, pushing you with discipline and grit. Winning isn’t luck, it’s pure lagan (dedication) and sweat.
What Training Looks Like
- Sparring days (Kyorugi sparring practice) feel like real competitions. Full gear, full intensity. I’m always coaching on the spot, making sure you learn how to fight and win.
- Drills? We go deep. Every kick, every block, every movement - you’ll repeat until it’s muscle memory. Pad work, headshots, fast footwork, all for that high-performance taekwondo drills edge.
- Conditioning is tough. Your body is your weapon, so expect stretching, ladders, hurdles, resistance bands. Sometimes it hurts, but that’s part of getting stronger.
Results that Speak
My students have grabbed Gold, Silver, Bronze at SGFI Nationals, Federation Cups, and State Championships. Our walls fill up with their medals - proof that this method works for medal-winning taekwondo athletes.

My Story
Main Coach Sagar Shehvaliya, sab mujhe Coach Shab bulate hain. Sultanpuri, Delhi se hai academy, par sapne Olympic tak. Medalist ped pe nahi ugte, banane padte hain - yahi mantra hai. Main students ko kehta hoon, 'Rakh vishwas tu hai Shiv ka das' (Keep faith, you are Shiva’s devotee). Hum sirf fighters nahi, monsters banate hain. Hard work, love, dedication - bas ye chahiye. Jai Hind!
My Work
Taekwondo, Self-Defence & Weight Management - Boys, girls dono ke liye training. Admissions hamesha open hain. Self-defence classes for kids bhi milti hain.
Champions Training for Delhi State & SGFI Nationals - Hum Delhi State Taekwondo coaching aur SGFI Nationals training karte hain. Gold milta hai, kharida nahi jata.
Intense Agility Drills & Fight Day - Training mein plyometrics, tag-team fighting, intense agility drills. Friday matlab Fight Day, full energy.
Every Kid Has a Champion Inside - Har bacche mein monster chhupa hai. Train karo, champion bano. Nothing is impossible yahan.
