We don't do shortcuts. We train fighters for state and national competition, one drill at a time.

Results speak louder than words. This is our wall of champions from the Youth Star Boxing Academy, showcasing students who have earned state and national level victories through sheer dedication and hard work.

Live sparring in our outdoor ring. Here, my boxers learn to manage distance, handle pressure, and apply their training in a real fight scenario. This is essential for competitive boxing preparation.

We build raw, functional strength. This sledgehammer and tire drill develops core power and endurance, crucial for delivering knockout punches and outlasting opponents in the ring.

I stand with one of our champions, Simran Maurya, after her gold medal win at the 2024 Delhi Olympic Games. We train both male and female boxers to compete and win at the highest levels.

"One. Two. Aage aate hue." This is a typical group shadow boxing drill where we perfect form, footwork, and combinations in unison. Discipline and repetition are the foundation of our training.

Building stamina is non-negotiable. Our boxers run stair drills to develop the leg power and cardiovascular endurance needed to stay strong through every round of a competitive match.

Heavy bag work is a core part of our daily routine. My students are drilling power punches and combinations, focusing on technique and impact to build fight-ending power.

One on one pad work is where I fine tune a boxer's technique. I work with them on punch accuracy, defensive movements, and counter punching combinations to sharpen their skills for competition.
