Yoga for Radiant Skin and Overall Wellness
Radiant skin is not about expensive creams, it is about what happens inside. I use clinical yoga to boost circulation, aid detoxification, and balance your internal health for a natural, lasting glow.
Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a powerful sequence that benefits the entire body. It improves flexibility, promotes glowing skin, strengthens joints, and enhances blood circulation, making it a cornerstone of a holistic wellness routine.
In this video, I demonstrate Trikonasana, a pose known for helping your skin feel refreshed and rejuvenated. By opening the heart and chest, it allows more oxygen to reach the skin, which helps clear out toxins and leaves you with a healthy glow.
Bhujangasana, or Cobra Pose, is excellent for opening up the entire body, especially during colder months. This asana stretches the chest and lungs, enhancing respiratory function and aiding digestion for better overall health.
To get glowing skin, the change must come from within. Here, I perform Prasarita Padottanasana, a forward bend that increases blood flow to the face. This pose helps optimize our internal organs for a change that is deep, not just superficial.
Most of us breathe incorrectly without realizing it. I explain the right way to breathe: your stomach should move out when you inhale and squeeze in when you exhale. Mastering your breath is fundamental to your overall health and peace of mind.
Every day is Yoga Day. When you practice daily, your body listens, it flows, and it heals. Here I am in a simple seated pose, a reminder that consistency is the key to unlocking the benefits of yoga.
About this collection
True skin health starts with better circulation and digestion, not topical products. When we practice asanas like Trikonasana or Bhujangasana, we are not just stretching muscles, we are increasing oxygen flow to the face and draining stagnant toxins from the lymphatic system. It is a shift from surface-level beauty to deep, physiological repair.
Why Your Skin Needs Clinical Yoga
Most skin issues, such as dullness, puffiness, or early aging, are symptoms of internal sluggishness. My approach to radiant skin is strictly clinical. We do not just perform yoga, we target the physiological drivers of your skin health.
Inside-Out Detoxification
When you incorporate forward bends like Prasarita Padottanasana, you are physically increasing blood flow to the head and face, which is vital for cellular repair. When your internal organs function optimally, your skin reflects it.
The Breathwork Connection
Most of us breathe incorrectly, which keeps our stress levels high and our skin deprived of oxygen. I teach you the right breathing patterns, where the stomach expands on the inhale and squeezes on the exhale, to lower cortisol, the primary enemy of glowing skin.
