About Personal & Online Training
When you book a private session, I come to your space with a routine designed for your body. We start by assessing your movement, then use whatever furniture or room space you have to build strength, fix your posture, or find relief from daily back pain. No studio membership required, just you and a mat.
My personal and online training sessions focus on Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga, customized based on your current fitness level. Whether you are a beginner stiff from sitting at a desk or someone looking to perfect your handstand alignment, we move at your pace.
Why Personal Training?
- Safety & Alignment: Through 1-on-1 sessions, I provide manual adjustments and deep stretching support to keep you safe from injury.
- Therapeutic Focus: I offer specialized modifications for prenatal clients and senior citizens. We use walls, chairs, and household props to assist with stability, ensuring effective training for those with mobility limitations.
- Flexibility: I cover Dwarka and nearby sectors for home visits. If you are outside this radius or prefer the convenience of home, my online sessions allow for real-time form correction via video, making sure you don't miss out on quality instruction.
What to Expect
Every session includes 5 to 10 minutes of dedicated Pranayama and meditation. We treat yoga as a full-body experience, so you walk away feeling both energized and calm.
