Yoga is a personal path, but the right community and individual guidance help you get there faster. Whether it's a private 1-on-1 session or joining our small group cohorts, the goal is consistent, disciplined progress.

About Personal & Group Training

When you’re in a session with me, you aren't just following a video. You get hands-on adjustments and specific cues to fix your alignment in real-time. In my group cohorts, which are capped at 10 people, I make sure you aren't just going through the motions. Whether you’re working on a deep backbend or need modifications because of a back injury, I’m there to physically guide you into the right position safely.
