Yoga is a personal path, but the right community and individual guidance help you get there faster. Whether it's a private 1-on-1 session or joining our small group cohorts, the goal is consistent, disciplined progress.

About this collection

When you’re in a session with me, you aren't just following a video. You get hands-on adjustments and specific cues to fix your alignment in real-time. In my group cohorts, which are capped at 10 people, I make sure you aren't just going through the motions. Whether you’re working on a deep backbend or need modifications because of a back injury, I’m there to physically guide you into the right position safely.

My Approach: Strength Meets Flexibility

My training is built on the foundation of traditional Ashtanga yoga, but I apply it to how our bodies need to move today. You won't find generic flow sequences here. Whether we are in the studio at U Tone by Shalini or I am visiting you at home, the goal is real, functional movement.

Group Sessions

My group classes in Gurgaon are small by design. This ensures that everyone gets personal attention, not just a teacher shouting instructions from the front.

  • Small Cohorts: 5-10 students max.
  • Frequency: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings.
  • Focus: We mix Led Primary Series with Mysore-style self-paced practice and Iyengar prop work to build a stronger, more resilient spine.

Private 1-on-1 Sessions

If you have specific goals—like injury rehabilitation, improving senior mobility, or mastering advanced handstands—private coaching is the most effective path. We identify your muscle imbalances first and then build a plan around your recovery or strength goals. I use wall ropes, chairs, and PNF stretching to ensure you are progressing without unnecessary strain.
