About My Journey as a Yoga Expert
My journey has been a mix of clinical settings like AIIMS and simple, grassroots teaching with my ‘bachha party.’ When you book a session, you are not getting a generic class. You are getting a protocol that adapts to your body, whether you need specific breathwork for hormonal balance or targeted asanas to fix a posture issue you have been ignoring for months. I take the science I saw in the lab and turn it into practical steps you can do at home.
Bridging Science and Tradition
My path in yoga was never about just doing the perfect pose. It started with my brother and a genuine curiosity that eventually took me to prestigious platforms like NCERT and AIIMS. At AIIMS, I saw firsthand how Bhramari pranayama actually spikes beta waves in the brain. That moment confirmed what I already felt: yoga is not just belief, it is biology.
How I Work With You
I have moved away from the 'one size fits all' approach. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, chronic back pain, or just high stress, my goal is to give you a toolset that works in your daily life.
- Clinical Approach: If you have medical reports or specific pain points (like sciatica), we start there. I look at your movement patterns and adjust asanas to fit what your body needs today, not what it should be doing in a textbook.
- Home-Friendly: You don't need a fancy studio to practice. I specialize in teaching you how to use household furniture—like chairs for support or beds for traction—so you can continue your therapy at home.
- The Mind-Body Link: It is not just about the body. We use dhyan and breathwork to manage the stress that often causes or worsens physical symptoms.
My Philosophy
'Jahan himmat khatm hoti hai, wahan se yoga shuru hota hai' (Where courage ends, yoga begins). Transformation is not always easy. Sometimes it is tough, and you might feel like giving up. That is where I come in—to keep you grounded, explain the 'why' behind the practice, and help you find that balance. If you are ready to stop looking for quick fixes and start healing, let's talk.
