About Join My Online Classes

You don't need a fancy studio to join. We use everyday household items like pillows, chairs, and belts as props to make sure you get the alignment right without injury. The classes are live, interactive, and kept small, so I can see you on camera and give you real-time posture corrections just like I would in a physical studio.

Why My Classes Are Different

Yoga isn't about how flexible you look on Instagram. It's about alignment, breathwork, and consistency. My 75-minute sessions are designed to move you safely, whether you are dealing with a desk job, back pain, or just want to build strength.

What You Get:

  • Real-time Alignment: We keep the video on. I watch your form and give verbal adjustments because safety always comes first—even if that means I have to be a bit strict about how you position your shoulders.
  • Accessible Props: We use whatever you have at home. A pillow, a belt, or a sturdy chair can replace expensive yoga gear. We use these to build strength and confidence, not as shortcuts.
  • Balanced Flow: Every class includes Hatha-style holding to build stamina, Vinyasa flow for movement, and a mandatory 15 minutes of Pranayama and meditation. Yes, even the Shavasana is non-negotiable.

Class Schedule

We meet three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You can pick the batch that fits your life—morning, midday, or evening batches are available (IST).

If you have health concerns like PCOS, thyroid issues, or chronic stiffness, mention that to me before we start. We adjust the asanas to suit your body's needs. Aiyo, don't worry if you can't touch your toes yet. We will get there, one breath at a time.
