About Group Classes & Corporate Wellness
My group sessions are designed to break the monotony of a typical gym workout. We keep things fresh by rotating between my air-conditioned studio in Sector 19 and outdoor conditioning in nearby parks, so your body stays challenged while you connect with a great community.
I believe fitness is always more fun when shared. In my group classes, you aren't just showing up to move; you are part of a community that encourages you to push a little harder each day. We focus on a weekly rotation of Hatha for alignment, Vinyasa for flow, and Power Yoga when you want to sweat. It is about more than just the asanas; it is about having a space where you can laugh, breathe, and actually look forward to your workout.
For workplaces and larger gatherings, I bring that same energy to corporate wellness events. Whether it is a session at a local hospital or an office team-building day, I tailor the flow to be accessible to everyone in the room. You do not need to be a pro to join in. My sessions are about inclusivity, making sure everyone from complete beginners to the regulars leaves feeling a bit more energized and centered.
My hybrid membership model gives you the best of both worlds. You get the stability of an air-conditioned studio with mirrors for form correction, mixed with the refreshing change of pace that comes with outdoor park sessions. We keep it simple—all you need is your mat and a bit of enthusiasm.
