Aerial and acro yoga aren't just about the fancy poses you see in photos. They are about finding trust, balance, and a little bit of playfulness in your movement journey.

There's nothing like playing with acro yoga as the sun sets over the ocean. It's a practice built on trust, communication, and shared balance, and it always ends in smiles.

Human Jenga time! This video captures the fun and focus of acro yoga. It requires so much trust from the flyer and stability from the base, and it's a beautiful thing to achieve together.

Here’s a graceful aerial flow from one of our workshops. Using the hammock for support allows you to explore movement in a way that feels both challenging and liberating.

An inverted split pose during an aerial yoga practice. Weekends are perfect for hanging upside down, decompressing the spine, and seeing the world from a different angle.

Revisiting an old aerial flow with new insights. The practice is always evolving, and it's amazing to feel how poses can transform as your understanding of them deepens.

The feeling of floating in an aerial hammock is pure happiness. This inverted pose allows for a deep release, letting gravity do the work as you simply hang and breathe.

Assisting a student with an inversion during a partner yoga session. These moments of support are what help us grow, both on and off the mat.

Thriving in the air with my teacher. Aerial yoga is a constant learning process, and I'm always grateful for the guidance that helps me explore new movements.

Life is so much more exciting when you're always a student. Learning new skills in aerial yoga gets me out of my comfort zone and builds new pathways in my brain.

Elevate your practice with the joy of mindful movement. Our aerial yoga sessions, like this one from a recent retreat, are open to all levels and focus on exploration and fun.

About Aerial & Acro Yoga: Playful Connections

Aerial and acro yoga might look intimidating, but it is the most fun way to build strength and trust. You do not need to be a pro to get started. My goal is to make sure you feel safe in the hammock or with your partner, even if you are shaky at first. We laugh through the wobbly attempts because that is where the real learning happens.

I see these workshops as a way to get out of your head and into your body.

Why Aerial Yoga?

It is not just about hanging upside down, though that is a huge part of the fun. Aerial yoga helps decompress the spine, build core strength, and encourages you to see the world from a different perspective. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your flow, the hammock provides support while you explore new movements.

The Magic of Acro Yoga

Acro yoga is about connection. It requires communication and trust between the base and the flyer. It is essentially human Jenga, and yes, it involves a lot of giggles when you lose your balance. We work on alignment and stability, ensuring everyone feels supported throughout the session.

What to Expect

These sessions are a mix of intense focus and lighthearted play.

  • Safety First: I prioritize alignment and safety above all else. You move at your own pace.
  • All Levels Welcome: You do not need previous gymnastics or yoga experience. Just a willingness to try.
  • Mindful Movement: We connect breath to movement, whether we are in a studio in Delhi or at a retreat in the hills.

Whether you are looking to book a weekend workshop or join one of my upcoming residential retreats where we dedicate time to these flows, come as you are. We will figure out the rest together.
