Our studio is built on connection, not just correction. From deep-dive foundation workshops to our annual Yoga Sangam celebrations, these sessions are where individuals come together to learn, grow, and breathe as one.

A snapshot from our 2-Day Foundation Workshop, focusing on the principles of Iyengar yoga. We emphasize awareness and alignment as the starting point for a steady, mindful yoga path.

Rest and integration are just as important as active practice. Students in our foundation workshop relax in a supported restorative pose, allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the session.

Strength and stability in action. Participants in our workshop use props to find proper alignment and build foundational strength in standing poses.

A moment of collective stillness during our International Yoga Day celebration. It is always powerful to see so many people come together to breathe and practice as one.

Guiding a large group during our Yoga Sangam event. My goal is to make yoga accessible and meaningful for everyone who walks through the door.

The energy of a full class moving together is incredible. Here, our community flows through Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) during our International Yoga Day event.

Partner yoga is a beautiful way to build trust, connection, and balance. Here, I am assisting a student in an Acro Yoga pose, creating a fun and supportive experience.

A look inside our Backbend Bliss Workshop. Students explore various heart-opening poses, using props and modifications to suit their individual levels of flexibility.

Lifting together. In our workshops, we focus on building strength and stability as a group, using props like blocks to maintain alignment and create a sense of shared effort.

Using straps to go deeper. A student in our backbend workshop explores a reclining leg stretch, using a strap to safely increase flexibility in her hamstrings and hips.

About Our Community: Classes & Events

We keep every workshop and group class intentionally small, with a strict cap of 10 people per batch. This allows us to move beyond simple demonstration; it gives us the time to observe your practice, adjust your alignment using Iyengar-style props, and build a real connection between everyone in the room.
