About Iyengar Yoga
Why Iyengar Yoga Feels Different
For me, yoga is not just exercise - it's jeevan jeene ki kala (the art of living). Iyengar Yoga is where I see this come alive. It’s not about bending like a pretzel or showing off. It’s about tuning in, finding that sweet spot between effort and ease, and letting your body, breath, and mind work together.
How I Teach Iyengar Yoga
I follow Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar’s way - focusing on precision in yoga poses and alignment. Every asana is broken down so you really get what’s happening inside your body. I won’t rush you. The pace is mindful, and I keep it therapeutic. You’ll build strength and stability, but also learn to calm your mind.
Who Can Join?
Iyengar Yoga for beginners is totally a thing here. Doesn’t matter if you’re stiff, old, young, or just starting out. I make sure the vibe is chill and supportive. Progress is slow and steady, not stressful.
Props: The Real Game Changer
Props are your buddies on the mat. Blocks, belts, bolsters, chairs, wall ropes - all help you get the posture right and go deeper safely. Even if you’ve got back pain, I use benches and supports to make advanced stuff doable and safe.
What Changes?
Therapeutic Iyengar Yoga isn’t just about flexibility. I’ve seen folks with chronic pain, especially back issues, get real relief. You’ll notice your mind gets quieter, focus gets sharper, and you start feeling more balanced inside.

My Story
We’re YogAngle. Started off just wanting yoga to feel less intimidating, more like home. Here, nobody cares if you can’t touch your toes – we care about how you feel getting there. People come in nervous, leave smiling. Some say our classes feel different, more welcoming than anywhere else. We take breaks, go on retreats, because balance matters. Yoga’s not a shortcut, it’s about steady change, inside and out. That’s our vibe.
