I am thrilled to host workshops with experts like Aishwarya Tomar, a renowned advocate for women's wellness. These sessions are designed to empower women with knowledge and practices to nurture their mind, body, and spirit at every stage of life.
Our Women's Health Workshop is a blend of practice and theory. This video shows students moving through asanas like Downward Dog and learning about the female hormonal cycle, gaining a deeper understanding of their bodies.
A key part of my workshops is education. Here, the instructor explains the difference between the 24-hour male hormonal cycle and the 28-day female cycle, highlighting why women benefit from a practice that honors these fluctuations.

About Women's Wellness Workshops
These sessions move beyond standard flow classes. We dedicate time to mapping out the physiological differences between a 24-hour cycle and your 28-day hormonal cycle. By understanding this rhythm, you learn why your energy shifts throughout the month and how to adapt your asana practice to support those changes rather than fighting against them. It is about equipping you with the knowledge to manage PCOD, PCOS, and stress symptoms using specific alignment and restorative techniques.
Most yoga studios approach every class the same way, but we know your body’s needs change daily. In our Women's Wellness Workshops in Vile Parle East, we bridge the gap between anatomical theory and practical application. We teach you how to use Iyengar-inspired props like bolsters, wooden benches, and wall ropes to provide deep support, which is essential if you are dealing with fatigue, lower back pain, or hormonal discomfort.
We focus on:
- Anatomical Alignment: Using props to ensure your poses are safe and effective, even if you are a beginner or managing an injury.
- Breathwork for Nervous System Regulation: Simple, powerful pranayama techniques to lower cortisol levels and calm the mind.
- Cycle-Syncing Practice: Learning how to adjust your intensity based on where you are in your 28-day cycle, helping to naturally regulate hormonal health over time.
These workshops are kept to small groups. This ensures you aren't just one of many, but a participant who gets direct answers to questions about your specific health concerns. You will leave with a clear, actionable plan to integrate these practices into your daily life at home, making yoga a sustainable part of your healing journey.
