About Real Stories, Real Results

Every face you see here walked in with their own set of challenges, whether it was chronic back pain or feeling constantly drained. My job is not just to teach you a pose, but to guide you through a stop-and-correct format so you avoid injury and actually feel your body opening up. We focus on breathing and alignment to ensure you leave feeling more centered than when you arrived.

At YogAngle, we define success by how you feel when you step off the mat. Many of our members come to us after struggling with persistent health issues, from lower back pain that refuses to go away to hormonal imbalances like PCOD, and feeling that other forms of exercise just did not address the root cause.

We use an Iyengar-inspired approach, which means we rely heavily on props like bolsters, ropes, and yoga wheels. These tools allow us to modify every posture to suit your current physical reality, not where you think you should be. It is common to feel intimidated by yoga studios where everyone seems to be in a perfect headstand. Our community is different. We keep our therapeutic batches small, strictly capped at 10 members, so you get the personal attention needed to practice safely.
