About Kalaripayattu: The Warrior Within
You don't need to be an athlete to start. These sessions are about recalibrating your physical and energy systems, not just learning combat moves. We focus on agility, endurance, and understanding how your body moves naturally, whether you are a complete beginner or simply looking to deepen your existing practice.
Often mistaken for just a fighting style, Kalaripayattu is a comprehensive science of the body. My workshops, led by Isha Samskriti alumni, bring the pure, unadulterated form of this ancient Indian martial art to Navi Mumbai. We work on a few key pillars:
