Many people ask if they need prior experience, and the answer is no. These sessions are about learning specific, low-impact tools that you can do anywhere—whether you are at your office desk or having a quiet moment at home. We focus on breathing and simple postures that directly soothe the nervous system, helping you move from a state of constant reaction to one of steady awareness.
Mental freedom is not about ignoring life's problems; it is about building a system that can handle them without breaking down. When anxiety or depression takes hold, the physical body and the breath often become erratic. By using the technologies of Nadi Shuddhi (balancing energy channels) and Aum chanting, we work on aligning the system from the inside out.
What We Cover
During these sessions, we strip away the complex layers of modern yoga to get back to the basics. You will learn:
- Yoga Namaskar: A powerful process to activate the lumbar region and strengthen the spine, which helps in grounding scattered energy.
- Nadi Shuddhi: A simple yet profound pranayama that cleanses the energy pathways, helping to bring clarity and reducing the feeling of being overwhelmed.
- Aum Chanting: A primordial sound that brings a sense of stability and physiological ease.
