I don't train you for the gym mirror. I train you to be your own bodyguard, blending ancient tradition with real-world practicality.

Our mission is to help you overcome limitations and unlock your potential. We train indoors and outdoors, adapting to every situation.

My training will make you stronger, fitter, and more confident. It's a transformation that goes beyond the physical.

If you have the will, I will find a way. I create a step-by-step training plan that is suitable for your individual strengths and goals.

Some think martial arts are only for the young and fit. I disagree. At Fighting Fit, I believe everyone deserves to feel safe and empowered.

My Fighting Fit method is a blend of the most practical arts for self-defense. When you join one of my programs, you get the benefits of Kali, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and more, all integrated into one effective system.

About Our Training Philosophy

I don't teach you to pose in a gym mirror. I teach you to handle the unpredictable. When you train with me, we don't follow a rigid chart. We look at your current strength, your history, and your goals—whether you're 18 or 80—and we mix Krav Maga, Kali, and traditional Mudgar work until we find a system that makes you your own bodyguard.
