About Yoga Teacher Training Course
In my teacher training course, you will not just memorize postures from a book. You will master the use of therapeutic props like wall ropes, aerial silks, and yoga chairs to make your teaching safe and accessible for any body type. We focus on corrective alignment rather than just copying poses, ensuring you have the confidence to help your future students avoid injuries.
A Different Kind of Teacher Training
Many yoga courses teach you how to look good in a pose, but very few teach you how to handle a student with a slipped disc or chronic back pain. I created this program to fix that. My approach is rooted in therapeutic yoga, meaning you will learn to read the body, identify structural imbalances, and use props like ropes and bolsters to support recovery and alignment.
What You Will Learn
We cover a broad spectrum of styles, from the fast-paced energy of Ashtanga and Vinyasa to the grounding practice of Hatha and the supportive nature of Aerial Yoga. You won't just learn how to lead a flow. You will learn how to:
