Welcome to Yoga Fettle Journey. If you think yoga is slow and boring, let me show you how we do things differently. We focus on movement, energy, and balance with over 20 forms of yoga like aerial, rope, and wheel, all under one roof. Our small classes ensure you get the personal attention you need to reach your goals.

Yoga is a journey best shared. It was wonderful to guide Dr. Natalia and Dr. Anupam, who found that our classes not only improved their flexibility and relieved nagging pains but also brought a sense of calm to their busy lives. We create a unique workout every day, using props like ropes and wheels to keep things interesting and effective.

I know so many of you are sitting with a hunch back right now. Let's fix that. This chair yoga routine is perfect for anyone who spends hours at a desk. You don't need a mat, just a chair to stretch your spine, open your chest, and even practice calming pranayama like Anulom Vilom.

This is what we mean when we say yoga can be exciting. Aerial yoga is a beautiful way to build strength, decompress the spine, and find a new perspective. It's a playful yet powerful practice that we love sharing with our members in the studio.

Progress is not about perfection, it's about dedication. This is the result of just one focused class on split practice. Using props like a yoga block for support, we can safely guide the body to open up and achieve more than you thought possible.

With a Master's degree in Yoga and certifications in Aerial and Alliance Yoga, I have guided over 500 people to recover from pain and find strength.
