Looking for a way to help your team actually reset? I create space for real breathwork, movement, and connection, whether you are in a boardroom or at an off-site.

This is the feeling I want to bring to your team. A moment of collective stillness and surrender after a guided session. It's more than just movement; it's about creating the space to truly let go and reset.

I love leading conscious talks and breathwork sessions for corporate teams. Here I am guiding a group through simple techniques to manage stress, set against the backdrop of a wellness event for the brand Aujasya.

An outdoor yoga session is a perfect way for a team to connect with nature and each other. I guide groups of all sizes through gentle, grounding flows that are accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience level.

I want to talk about burnout because I have been there. It is more than just stress; it is a signal from your body and mind to pause. My sessions are built on this understanding, offering real tools to combat exhaustion.

Here I am guiding a corporate group through a restorative yoga sequence in a beautiful, sunlit studio. My sessions are flexible and can be held indoors or outdoors, creating a calm oasis wherever your team is.

The best part of my work is the connection. Sharing a laugh with participants after a workshop is what it's all about. I aim to create a warm, friendly space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Sound healing is one of the custom experiences I can add to your corporate event. The vibrations of a singing bowl can create a deeply meditative state, offering a unique way for your team to de-stress and find clarity.

This is the community we build together. A group photo from an immersive wellness workshop, filled with people who came to learn, connect, and grow. This is the energy I bring to every corporate event and off-site.

About Featured

My sessions are designed for real humans, not just gym-goers. We focus on desk-friendly stretches and breathing techniques that help you shed the day’s tension, even if you have never touched your toes before.

Most teams I work with are exhausted. They are tired of the constant digital noise and the pressure to perform. That is why my approach to corporate wellness is less about fancy yoga poses and more about functional relief. I help teams find that 'pause' button.

How We Work Together

Whether you are planning a conference, a team-building off-site, or just a wellness break in the office, I keep the logistics simple.

  • The 'No Sweat' Flow: This is my most popular format for office settings. You do not need mats or gym clothes. We work with what you have—chairs, a conference room, or a cafeteria—to release neck and shoulder tension.
  • Breathwork & Grounding: I dedicate 15 minutes of every session to pranayama. These techniques are portable. Your team will walk away with tools they can use at their desks whenever stress spikes.
  • Custom Immersive Workshops: If you want a deeper experience, I curate half-day modules that combine theory with practice. We cover topics like the biology of burnout, which helps teams understand why they feel the way they do.

Why This Matters

I have been through my own burnout, so I do not believe in 'one size fits all' wellness. My goal is to create a judgment-free zone. When the pressure to be 'good at yoga' disappears, people actually relax. That is when the real shifts happen—when a team connects without the stress of deadlines or the noise of notifications.

I travel across Delhi NCR for these sessions. If you are looking for an experience that feels less like a corporate checkbox and more like a human reset, I would love to help you plan it.

I'm Sonakshi. Burnout hit me hard a while back, so I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck at a desk and desperate for a break. My teaching is just a way to share the tools that actually helped me slow down and find my own balance.
