It's so rewarding to see my client's progress. Here, he is using a chair and bed for support to work on movements that improve his mobility and reduce stiffness. This shows that fitness can be adapted to any environment and ability.

This client is working on specific mobility drills for his cervical spine, elbow, and shoulders, using a wall for support. We finish with a gentle wheel pose to build back strength and flexibility.

After a year of consistent work, my client is seeing incredible results in managing his Gout. Here he is in a seated wide legged forward fold, a pose that was once inaccessible to him.

This client, who has been dealing with Gout for 15 years, is now able to do a reverse prayer pose. This demonstrates a significant improvement in his shoulder and wrist mobility.

A powerful Warrior I pose from my client who is managing Gout. Building strength in the legs and stability in the hips is a key part of his journey back to normal movement.

My client holds a strong Warrior II pose. This is a testament to his hard work in regaining strength and balance after years of limited movement due to Gout.

This client had a serious Gout issue for 15 years. Now, through targeted yoga and mobility work, he is regaining normal movement and can comfortably hold a deep squat with prop support.

Using a block for support in Triangle Pose. This modification allows my client with Gout to get the full benefits of the stretch without straining his body.

This video shows the 6 day progression of a client learning to sit comfortably in Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose). Small, consistent efforts lead to big breakthroughs in mobility and pain reduction.

This is part two of an intermediate series for a client with Gout and high uric acid. The session includes backbends, core work with a pillow for support, and other targeted movements to improve overall function.

Most people stop moving when they are in pain, but that is often when you need it most. We do not do 'no pain, no gain' here. Using props like yoga blocks, chairs, and straps, I help you create space in stiff joints and manage conditions like Gout or spinal stiffness without aggravating the issue. It is about teaching your body that it is safe to move again.

A Different Approach to Movement

Fitness does not have to be high-impact to be effective. My work centers on the philosophy that you must first be able to move pain-free before you can build intensity. Whether you are dealing with chronic Gout, recovering from spinal issues like Scoliosis, or simply looking for safe exercise after the age of 60, we start exactly where you are.

Why Props Change Everything

Many of my clients come to me believing certain poses are impossible because of their history of pain. By using chairs for balance, bolsters for spine support, and straps to assist in stretching, we bypass the strain that usually keeps you stuck. For instance, I have worked with clients who spent 15 years dealing with Gout and, through consistent mobility work, regained the ability to squat and perform deep stretches again.

I conduct home sessions across Mumbai, bringing the props and the protocol to your space. We treat training as a long-term conversation with your body, not a quick fix. As the saying goes, chale to kat hi jayega safar aahista aahista. We take it slow, stay consistent, and focus on steady progress rather than aggressive, high-risk movements.
